| To access your account you will need your account # the one that starts with 179. Put that in the slot that asks for USER For your PASSCODE... if you use a number put that in. If your passcode is a word USE ALL CAPS. You will be able to view alarm activity, call list, and most all your info. You can now make changes in certain areas. Need any other help?
